"It's annoying that the players that came before me and paved the road are being disrespected. We owe them more."11 LIV golfers filed an antitrust action against the Tour this Wednesday, arguing it is acting improperly in suspending its members who left to play in the upstart league.

The 11 players want their suspensions overturned and their playing privileges reinstated, while Talor Gooch, Hudson Swafford, and Matt Jones want a temporary restraining order letting them to compete in the FedEx Cup Playoffs next week.

Unsurprisingly, Tour players are frustrated by the changes. Longtime pro Rocco Mediate said he was fine with players leaving for LIV but not returning, a sentiment supported by Joel Dahmen, Kevin Kisner, Davis Love III, and others. The show's Strange stated similar things.

Notable — and thanks to Zarzour for asking — were Strange's comments on LIV and its CEO, Greg Norman, and if competing tours could expand the game. Norman said Woods turned down $700 million to $800 million to join LIV.

Strange said on the episode, "The goal is to make them nice individuals." "Let's not forget who the Saudis are and how they rule their country. Norman's history with the Tour is emotional and vengeful. Obviously. So much for him.

They don't have it. 54 holes, shotgun start, 3 days? I want to play like Hogan, Sneed, Nicklaus, and Palmer. Same classes, please. Same format, please. I want to compare myself in the same tournaments.
