Ezra Miller's 'The Flash' will continue.The 29-year-old actor played Barry Allen aka the Flash in 2018's 'Justice League' and the 2021 Zack Snyder cut.

Last month, prosecutors dropped a trespassing inquiry against them in Germany.The actor was accused of refusing to leave the Berlin home of a lady named Zara after she welcomed them there in February. The woman said the star became verbally abusive and departed only when she phoned the police.

Variety.com said she filed a criminal complaint against Miller but withdrew it after they left Germany.Miller was accused of hiding fugitive youngster Tokata Iron Eyes, whose parents filed a restraining order.

Despite Miller's legal troubles, Warner Bros. confirmed the film's June23, 2023 release date.Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav remarked last week: "We've watched 'The Flash,' 'Black Adam,' and 'Shazam 2'
