Edelson PC says in court documents that Jayne knew of Girardi's "scheme" to plunder Lion Air Flight 610 compensation monies.The docs accuse Jayne of "flaunting" her opulent lifestyle and "serving as the 'frontwoman' of the organisation, hawking Girardi Keese to the world"

Edelson filed a second but similar racketeering complaint in April, as Page Six reported. Jayne's claim was dismissed.

Jay Edelson told Page Six that new litigation "prosecutes the claims of the clients (the widows and orphans)" but the April complaint was "more restricted in who we sued, what we sued about, and the legal theories we are pursuing."
