After meal, you'll lick your lips, paws, and hair.Fancy Feast aims to launch a pop-up Italian restaurant with upmarket meals inspired by its canned fish, poultry, and beef.

Purina's café in Manhattan will feature feline-inspired Italian meals that "match the sensory experience of cats at mealtime," the business stated.The pop-up restaurant, called "Gatto Bianco" (Italian for "white cat"), will serve fish with cherry tomatoes, beef short ribs in red wine, and Lemon Panna Cotta for dessert.

"The chefs will give guests an inside peek at the precision and skill that goes into developing each Fancy Feast recipe," according to a Purina press release.

Amanda Hassner, Fancy Feast's in-house chef, and Michelin-starred Italian chef Cesare Casella created the meal. On Aug. 11 and 12, the pop-up will take dinner bookings. OpenTable reservations start Aug. 4 at noon.

The pampered cat company published a human cookbook last year. The cookbook also promoted Fancy Feast's Petites pet food line.
